These are my DocBook Bookmarks.This page is the result a conversion from Netscape's
bookmark format to a more portable XML-based format. More details
are at the bottom of this
page.
About these Bookmarks...This page was generated from my Netscape bookmarks using
the debian xbel-utils package, xlink, and the DocBook Website DTD
and stylesheets.I convert my Netscape bookmarks to the XML Bookmark
Exchange Language (XBEL), an interchange format for
``bookmark'' data as used by most web browsers. Conversion is very
easy, thanks to the Python scripts distributed with the Debian xbel-utils
package.
The resuting XML bookmark
file (which is validated against the
XBEL
DTD.), is then xlinked
to the DocBook XML source for this page.
XSLT processing with the DocBook Website stylesheets generates the resulting html.
