We are no longer providing RPMS for urlgrabber.  It was just too much of a
pain to provide them for all the relevant systems.  Lucky for you, it's
REALLY easy to create RPMS for your system.  Just do the following:

$ tar -xzf urlgrabber-X.X.X.tar.gz
$ cd urlgrabber-X.X.X/
$ python setup.py bdist_rpm

And you're done!
